Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an Estimator / Project Coordinator for government contracting and residential construction in Poulsbo, WA. This role offers ownership of estimating, proposal preparation, and bid coordination while working directly with company leadership.

You'll monitor SAM.gov for opportunities, review plans and specs, prepare bids, coordinate pricing with subs and vendors, and support residential preconstruction through design, permits, and handoff.

Qualificações

• 2+ years estimating, project coordination, or project management experience.
• Experience with government contracts at federal, state, county, or municipal level.
• Experience preparing estimates, proposals, or construction bids.
• Ability to review plans and specifications and coordinate pricing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor SAM.gov and procurement websites for opportunities.
• Review solicitations, plans, and specs to evaluate potential projects.
• Prepare construction estimates, proposals, and government bid packages.
• Coordinate pricing with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Attend job walks and project meetings as needed.
• Support residential preconstruction, including design coordination, permits, estimating, and handoff.
• Work with architects, vendors, subcontractors, and project management resources.
• Identify new opportunities and support company growth.
