Job summary

BNBuilders in Seattle, WA is seeking an Estimator to support preconstruction, perform quantity surveys, solicit subcontractors, and research project plans and specs to inform cost decisions. You will independently develop complete project cost estimates for initiatives up to $5M, collaborate across internal teams, and contribute to accurate, value-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction field.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, estimating software (Timberline or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, detailed quantity surveys.
• Identify, research and obtain information for subcontractor proposals.
• Develop complete project cost estimates up to $5M.
• Attend preconstruction meetings and learn project information.
