Job summary

JB Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is seeking a Production & Estimating Administrator to support the Commercial Roofing Production team. The role focuses on estimating and production duties, providing administrative support to all departments, and assisting the President with various projects.

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Director of Production. The ideal candidate will handle project documentation, coordinate material purchases, schedules, and communications with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Experience supporting a sales department.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and support projects from start to finish.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Create purchase orders and help manage material purchases.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment rentals.
• Enter and maintain project data in company systems.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and administrative tasks.
• Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
• Coordinate travel and manage conference rooms.
