Job summary

JB Roofing, a Tecta America Company, seeks a Production & Estimating Administrator to join our Commercial Roofing Production team. This full-time, onsite role reports to the Director of Production and provides comprehensive administrative support across estimating and production.

You will prepare quotes, manage materials, coordinate deliveries, and organize project documentation while balancing multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of office-related practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.
• Experience supporting a sales department.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and support assigned projects from start to finish.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Create purchase orders and help manage material purchases.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and other job needs.
• Adjust priorities as business needs change.
• Communicate issues quickly with vendors, customers, and team members.
• Enter and maintain data in company systems and databases.
• Prepare project submittals and other required documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and other administrative tasks as needed.
