Job summary

JB Roofing, a Tecta America commercial roofing company, seeks a Production & Estimating Administrator to support our Production and Estimating teams. The role is full-time and on-site, reporting to the Director of Production, and includes handling project data, quotes, purchase orders, and coordination of materials.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and proven proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of office-related practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, and converse with associates.
• Experience supporting a sales department.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and support assigned projects from start to finish.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Create purchase orders and help manage material purchases.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and other job needs.
• Maintain project information accurately in company systems and databases.
• Prepare project submittals and other required documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet office visitors.
