Job summary

Tecta America Seattle is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to support sales and project teams by estimating costs based on project specifications. You will oversee all aspects from bid to completion on commercial roofing projects in the Northwest.

You will communicate with customers and suppliers, manage budgets, schedules, quality and safety initiatives, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to the President.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is desirable.
• Experience in construction estimating and project management.
• Familiarity with pricing, bids, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and establish objectives and goals for projects.
• Estimate job costs and submit proposals for review.
• Oversee all project phases from acquisition to fulfillment.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, and contracts for accuracy.
• Develop relationships with owners, contractors, and suppliers.
