Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a T&D Estimator II to drive cost estimates for transmission, distribution and substation electrical construction projects. You will collect cost information, evaluate bid specs and drawings, and lead the estimating effort to ensure competitive, profitable bids.

As part of High Country Line Construction, a subsidiary of MYR Group, you will work with field teams to support growth and safe, high-quality infrastructure projects nationwide.

Job description

The T&D Estimator II ensures competitiveness, profitability, and growth. The T&D Estimator II is responsible for preparing cost estimates for various transmission, distribution and substation electrical construction projects by collecting and studying cost information, evaluating bid specifications and drawings, and ensuring a successful bid. The T&D Estimator II acts as the lead Estimator for projects and supports other Estimators.
