Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an Estimator to craft competitive, market-based bids and support multiple locations. The role requires a technical background with electrical/mechanical knowledge and strong organizational skills to manage several projects simultaneously.

You will coordinate with field technicians, Sales Support, and Area Managers, ensuring safety training, proper pricing, and timely delivery of field service reports and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in an industrial environment or equivalent education preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple field service projects with accuracy and safety compliance.
• Flexibility with hours, overtime, and some weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Receive field service requests and track details (travel, pricing, materials, workforce).
• Schedule field service projects by coordinating technicians' calendars and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ensure pricing and work orders are accurate before sending to Sales for review.
• Enroll field technicians in required safety training and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Maintain logs and documentation; assist with month-end closing and invoicing.
