Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Estimator/Cost Manager to act as the key, day‑to‑day client interface on large, mission‑critical construction programs. You will ensure client objectives are met through disciplined, value‑added commercial and cost management services across complex, schedule‑driven projects.

The successful candidate will be confident in a client‑facing environment, highly organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating within integrated project

Qualifications

• Experience as an estimator/cost manager on large construction programs.
• Strong client-facing and organizational skills.
• Proven cost-management capabilities in complex projects.
• Background in delivering campus-scale facilities and infrastructure-heavy works.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key, day-to-day client interface on large, mission-critical construction programs.
• Provide commercial support during design and construction phases.
• Support delivery of complex campus-scale facilities including EV charging systems.
