Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost management services across commercial real estate and infrastructure projects. The role involves cost planning, estimating, change management, value engineering, and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
4+ years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
MRICS in progress.
Experience on medium to large-scale projects up to £27M.
Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and change control.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cost planning, estimating, and change management across projects.
Prepare final cost plans and valuations.
Coordinate with design teams and contractors on cost estimates.
Reconcile changes and ensure data accuracy with contractors.
Prepare cost updates and executive summaries for stakeholders.
Develop cost plans through design phases and milestones.
