Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire an Estimator to join our Springfield, MO office. With minimal supervision, the Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and competitive bids to support our sales staff and maintain profitable customer relationships.

Experience with blueprints/plans and specs is highly desired. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and solid mathematical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications to determine amounts and most appropriate product based on specific job requirements to complete the project.
• Collaborate with managers about sale strategies.
• Determine cost of projects based on products and quantity.
• Strong communication with vendors, customers and upper management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
