DH Pace Company, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking an Estimator to join our team. The estimator will prepare accurate, timely bids and support our sales staff to drive profitable sales and strong customer relationships.

Experience with blueprints/plans and specs is highly desired, with emphasis on attention to detail, math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires collaboration with management and multiple project handling to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desired.
• Must have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
• Possess strong mathematical skills.
• Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications to determine amounts and most appropriate product based on specific job requirements to complete the project.
• Collaborate with managers about sale strategies.
• Determine cost of projects based on products and quantity.
• Strong communication with vendors, customers and upper management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
• Other duties may be assigned.
