Page Building Construction Company is a commercial General Contractor specializing in public and private commercial construction projects. We are based in Stoughton, MA, with a strong presence in Eastern Massachusetts. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our professional staff. The Estimator will be a crucial team member responsible for:

1. Preparing detailed estimates and proposals
2. Scope review
3. Subcontractor bidding
4. Subcontractor pre-qualification
5. Quantity take-offs
6. Document management

We seek an individual who is hard-working, results-driven, professional, accountable, honest, and team-oriented.

Qualifications include:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience estimating and bidding on commercial construction projects
2. Working knowledge of On-Screen Advanced Takeoff Software
3. Working knowledge of Procore
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
