About the Role: We’re seeking a seasoned Estimator with 15–20+ years of construction experience to own the estimating process for our custom outdoor living projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of delivering accurate estimates, managing client relationships, and thriving under pressure. Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments for projects like patios, outdoor kitchens, and carpentry-heavy structures, ensuring precise measurements and pitch considerations.
• Develop detailed, accurate cost estimates using manual tools (Excel) or personal estimating software, tailored to client proposals.
• Collaborate with designers and crews to align estimates with project designs and timelines.
• Communicate with clients to present proposals, address concerns, and maintain trust under tight deadlines.
• Navigate high-pressure situations with professionalism, working closely with the owner to meet business goals.

Qualifications:

• 15–20+ years of construction experience, with a focus on estimating for outdoor living or similar projects (e.g., carpentry, landscaping).
• Strong technical skills in site measurement, cost estimation, and project planning; familiarity with Excel and estimating software a plus.
• Exceptional communications and diplomacy to manage demanding stakeholders and maintain team morale.
• Proven ownership mindset—demonstrated by taking accountability for project outcomes in past roles.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to manual processes or new tools, with a history of mastering new methods on the job.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Local knowledge of Bucks County or the Philly region is a plus.
