Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a customer-focused professional to document every customer interaction, guide clients through the repair process, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements. The role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork, and delivering excellent service.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; I-CAR training is preferred and willingness to complete it is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the relevant team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and training sessions.
