Job summary

Woodlane in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Estimator / Bid Coordinator to review bid opportunities, coordinate quotes, and communicate with customers and internal team members. You will manage bid deadlines, track RFIs, addenda, pricing changes, and ensure timely submissions while maintaining professional relationships with contractors, homeowners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with ability to juggle multiple bid tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• High attention to detail when reviewing bid documents, addenda, RFIs, and pricing changes.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming sales and bid emails and identify opportunities.
• Track bid due dates, addenda, RFIs, delivery specs, pricing updates, and changes.
• Coordinate accurate, timely bid submissions.
• Communicate professionally with general contractors, residential clients, vendors, and internal team members.
• Respond to quote requests, questions, follow-ups, negotiations, award notices, and project-status updates.
