Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator for our Body & Paint team in Guam. You will inspect vehicle damage, prepare precise repair estimates, and collaborate with customers, insurers, and technicians to ensure repairs meet high standards in a fast-paced dealership environment.

  • 1–2 years of automotive estimating or insurance claims processing experience preferred.
  • Valid Guam Driver’s License required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate estimates.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in a professional, customer-centric manner.
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard and dealership systems.
  • Identify parts, labor, and materials while ensuring pricing accuracy and transparency.
  • Communicate repair scope, timelines, and updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians, painters, and parts teams to maintain workflow and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to support claims processing and approvals.
  • Monitor repair progress and ensure work meets quality and timeline expectations.
  • Perform final inspections to ensure repairs meet dealership and safety standards.
  • Maintain documentation, estimate logs, and conversion tracking reports.

What you’ll do

About you
