Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing construction team in Seattle. You will review project plans, prepare material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates, and help develop competitive bids.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
