Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Los Angeles, CA seeks an experienced Estimator / Sales Project Manager with a strong background in fire sprinkler systems to manage projects from estimate through closeout. Fire sprinkler estimating & PM experience is required.

You will review drawings, contracts, specs, change orders and coordinate with GC's, field, and design teams to ensure schedules and profitability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD / Revit is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of fire protection drawings and construction documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD / Revit experience is a plus.

Estimator/Project Manager - Fire Sprinkler Systems

Los Angeles, CA Direct Hire | Full-Time

We're hiring an experienced Estimator / Sales Project Manager with a strong background in fire sprinkler systems to manage projects from estimate through closeout.

Fire sprinkler estimating & PM experience is required.

What You'll Do:

• Estimate and manage fire sprinkler installations


• Review drawings, contracts, specs, and change orders


• Perform hydraulic, pipe sizing, hydrant, and seismic calculations


• Coordinate with GC's, field, and design teams


• Track budgets, labor, materials, RFIs, and change orders


• Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules and profitability

What We're Looking For:

• Proven fire sprinkler estimating & project management experience


• Strong knowledge of fire protection drawings and construction documents


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office AutoCAD / Revit experience is a plus


• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
