ServiceMaster CDR in Willowick, OH is seeking a skilled Write/Run Construction Estimator to create precise Xactimate estimates and oversee projects from estimation to completion. You will conduct onsite inspections, coordinate timelines and budgets, and communicate with insurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Applicants should have Xactimate experience, 3+ years of construction PM, 2+ years in restoration, and a strong knowledge of building

• Xactimate estimating experience.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years of restoration industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods and damage restoration processes.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Conduct onsite inspections and prepare precise Xactimate estimates.
• Manage the jobs you estimate, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and quality restoration.
• Document clear job site photos and project reports.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets and scheduling of subcontractors.
• Review and submit change orders, supplements and final invoicing details.
• Provide excellent customer service and guide homeowners and business owners through the repair process and payment expectations.
• Ensure all permits, inspections and compliance requirements are met.

What You’ll Do

As a Write/Run Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate Xactimate estimates and overseeing projects from estimation to completion. Your responsibilities include:

• Xactimate estimating experience.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years of restoration industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and damage restoration processes.
• Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams of subcontractors and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and job management software.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
