Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Machining, Engineering, Manufacturing or related experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing process expertise to develop accurate and competitive estimates.
  • Technical Sales Support experience providing guidance to inside and outside sales teams.
  • Estimating software proficiency to improve accuracy and speed to quote.

Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for manufacturing projects.

MISSION OF THE POSITION

Core Purpose:

The Estimator serves as the subject matter expert for all manufacturing processes, providing technical expertise and guidance across the organization. This role develops accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Perfecto’s standards for precision craftsmanship. The Estimator actively supports both inside and outside sales teams with technical insights, helping to shape proposals and win new business. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging deep industry knowledge, the Estimator enables informed decision‑making, supports profitable growth, and strengthens customer trust. Success in this position directly impacts Perfecto’s ability to win new business, manage risk, and deliver on its Core Purpose: serving our partners by manufacturing innovative solutions with precision craftsmanship.

Requirements
Education

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Machining, Engineering, Manufacturing or related experience preferred.
