Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Machining, Engineering, Manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Manufacturing process expertise to develop accurate and competitive estimates.
• Technical Sales Support experience providing guidance to inside and outside sales teams.
• Estimating software proficiency to improve accuracy and speed to quote.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for manufacturing projects.
• Provide technical guidance to inside and outside sales teams to shape proposals and win new business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and profitability.
• Identify risks in estimates and develop mitigation strategies.
