Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating experience; 5+ years construction preferred.
• Strong Excel, MS Office, and estimating software proficiency.
• Ability to read drawings and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity surveys from project plans.
• Prepare complex cost estimates for bids and proposals.
• Coordinate bid day summaries and vendor pricing.
• Develop scopes of work for all trades.
• Collaborate with project team and field staff.
