Responsibilities include supporting pricing and bid solicitation, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and mentoring others while advancing self-perform estimating and field exposure when possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity survey of materials shown on project plans.
• Reads and outlines project specifications.
• Maintains an audit trail of the quantity survey from estimate to estimate.
• Supports vendor/subcontractor pricing/bid solicitation and coordination.
• Supports the distribution of plans and specifications to vendors/subcontractors.
• Gains self-perform estimating experience.
• Gains field operational exposure through onsite project support.
