Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 3+ years estimating experience; 5+ years construction experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare quantity surveys from drawings/specifications.
• Experience with estimating software and construction tech.

Responsibilities

• Prepares complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Develops and manages scopes of work for all trades and pricing.
• Coordinates bid day summaries, general requirements and procurement presentations.
• Provides training and mentorship to others.
