Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) seeks a Project Executive who will lead multiple projects, aligning resources with strategic priorities and ensuring safety, quality, and strong client experience. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and process improvement.

The successful candidate will mentor leaders, shape policy, and contribute to company-wide initiatives that strengthen culture and performance while fostering client trust across our electrical construction scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with progressive leadership in construction management.
• Experience leading end-to-end execution of large electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution with PMs, reviewing scope, schedules, risk and costs.
• Oversee safety, quality, and financial performance across multiple projects.
• Mentor leaders and develop future project-management talent.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
