Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for building complex cost estimates.
• Ability to read blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
• Strong time management with multitasking in fast paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Bid management: track invitations and deadlines.
• Blueprint & scope analysis to understand client expectations.
• Cost calculation: prepare precise estimates in spreadsheets.
• Stakeholder communication with General Contractors.
• Internal collaboration with Market Directors & Pre-Construction for approval.
• Document organization for drawings, specs, quotes, addendums.
