Qualifications

• 5-7 years of estimating coordination experience.
• Prior estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of bid solicitation and tracking.
• Post projects and actively engage trade partners to solicit competitive bids.
• Communicate consistently with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely responses.

Skills

Proficiency with BuildingConnected

Proficiency with Bluebeam

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
