Qualifications

• Minimum two years in construction industry experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, Construction or related field.
• Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Valid California driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support Estimators by updating and distributing estimating calendar.
• Prepare and maintain files and bid binders; save documents on shared server.
• Send RFIs to vendors/subcontractors and obtain pricing.
• Create accounting folders for new projects and manage project folders.
• Prepare submittals, update logs, and assist with close-out documents.
