Job summary

Golden State Boring and Pipe Jacking Inc. is seeking a full-time Jr. Estimating Assistant/Junior Project Coordinator with at least two years in construction. The role includes supporting estimators, managing bid docs, and coordinating project paperwork.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; hands-on construction experience considered.
• Proficient with Windows 10 and MS Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, text, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Support Estimators by updating and distributing the estimating calendar.
• Update the company's website with projects bidding.
• Create and maintain files on the shared server for the estimating department.
• Create and maintain the bid binder and bid documents.
• Send RFIs to vendors and subcontractors; obtain pricing
• Enter and file all estimating project documentation and drawings.
• Provide job cost analysis when requested.
• Assist with submittals and close-out documents.
