Job summary

Architectural Grille, a Division of Giumenta Corporation, in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking an entry-level Estimating Assistant to support the estimating team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role provides foundational experience in estimating processes and customer interactions.

You'll review documents, enter quotes into Salesforce, and assist with sample tracking and marketing fulfillment. The position offers room to grow within a family-owned manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and construction industry preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• 1 year of Salesforce preferred.
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
• Basic administration and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Review scanned documents to confirm data entered correctly.
• Process insurance requests from clientele.
• Enter quote requests into Salesforce as needed.
• Provide backup to reception and assist walk-ins.
• Contact clients to obtain information needed.
• Maintain sample inventory and fulfillment.
• Assist with follow-up to clients when requested.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
