Job Summary

The Esthetician provides guests with baths, facials, and body therapies, maintaining high customer service standards, professionalism, and proper service techniques. Scheduling, dependability, and flexibility are essential.

Typical Duties

• Promote Regent’s service philosophy.
• Maintain tidy treatment areas and adhere to policies.
• Conduct tours and collaborate with guests and colleagues.
• Meet service standards including Forbes Five-Star.
• Report issues, engage in client outreach, and maintain retail goals.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Esthetician experience, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Current CA Esthetics License.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and computer literate.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay is $19.50, plus commission. Pay may vary based on several factors including experience, qualifications, and organizational needs. Compensation details are at the employer’s discretion and are not guaranteed until paid.
