Qualifications

• 3+ years of estates, probate, or trust administration paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of probate procedures and court filing requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage attorney dockets and deadlines for probate, trust administration, and estate planning.
• Draft, review, and file wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Prepare probate pleadings and filings including inventories and closing documents.
• Assist with trust funding, asset transfers, and beneficiary distributions.
• Coordinate with courts, financial institutions, and third parties.
• Support attorneys in client meetings with financial information and summaries.
• Maintain organized client files in digital and physical formats.
• Communicate with clients and fiduciaries with professionalism and empathy.
• Mentor junior paralegals and contribute to SOP development.
• Occasionally assist front desk to ensure a seamless client experience.
