Qualifications

• 3+ years of estates, probate, or trust administration paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of probate procedures and court filing requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage attorney dockets and track deadlines for probate, trust administration, and estate planning.
• Draft, review, and file estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).
• Prepare probate pleadings and filings (inventories, accountings, closing documents).
• Assist with trust funding and beneficiary distribution documentation.
• Coordinate with courts and financial institutions to gather information and move matters forward.
