As the firm continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Estates Attorney to become a key part of their Manhattan team and take ownership of the estate issues that intersect with their litigation practice.
Take ownership of estate matters within a large, established litigation practice
Work on sophisticated probate and estate administration matters with direct impact on active cases and settlements
Traditional estates and probate attorneys are encouraged to apply — prior personal injury experience is not required
Serve as an internal resource for attorneys across the firm on estate-related issues
Opportunity to lead and improve processes within an established Estates Department
Work directly with families, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, attorneys, and outside estate counsel

The firm is looking for an experienced attorney to oversee estate-related matters involving deceased clients, claimants, beneficiaries, and distributees.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in probate, estate administration, or Surrogate's Court proceedings who is interested in bringing that expertise into a larger litigation environment.
You do not need to come directly from a personal injury firm. Attorneys coming from a traditional trusts and estates or probate practice will be strongly considered.
