• 3. Representing clients in probate court and handling estate administration matters.
• 4. Conducting thorough legal research to ensure that our clients' estate plans are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
• 5. Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop and implement effective strategies for managing our clients' estates.
• 6. Developing strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that their estate planning needs are met.

Qualifications:

• 1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2. Admission to the state bar.
• 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney.
• 4. Extensive knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts, and power of attorney.
• 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
