Job summary

Schmiedeskamp Robertson Neu & Mitchell LLP is seeking an Estate and Trust Asset Administrator to manage daily asset tracking and administration. You will identify and track assets from death through completion, coordinating with appraisers, bankers, and valuation experts to obtain information.

You will coordinate the sale or liquidation of real estate with agents and auctioneers, retitle assets to beneficiaries, and serve as the point of contact for beneficiaries with regular timeline updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate and trust administration preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative asset tracking from date of death through estate/trust administration.
• Coordinate with appraisers, financial advisors, bankers, and valuation professionals to obtain asset information.
• Coordinate sale or liquidation of real estate, including working with agents and auctioneers.
• Assist in retitling assets to beneficiaries and maintain updates for beneficiaries on timelines.
