Wintrust Financial Corp is seeking an experienced Real Estate Administrator to manage assets in trust accounts, estates, guardianships, and agencies. You will coordinate with Trust Officers and external professionals and handle documentation and transactions related to real estate, including tax considerations.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 10 years in real estate administration, with strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum 10 years of real estate administration experience.
• Personal vehicle is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of real estate title, tax, and sale.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Administration of real estate assets within accounts (trusts, estates, guardianships, agencies).
• Travel to real estate locations to assist third-party professionals in security and sale.
• Coordinate with Trust Officers, Administrators and Associates during complete administration.
• Obtain documentation, authorize payments, and manage tax liabilities.
• Represent the bank at professional events and conferences.
