Job summary

Wintrust Wealth Management seeks an experienced professional to administer real estate assets within various accounts, including trusts and estates. You will work with Trust Officers and others to manage documentation, titles, taxes, and asset administration across multiple sites.

Travel to real estate locations and collaboration with internal teams are essential, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Minimum of 10 years of real estate administration experience.
• Personal vehicle is highly recommended.
• Requires knowledge of real estate title, tax, and sale.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient per Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the protection, insurance, and sale of real estate included within accounts.
• Travel to various real estate locations to assist third party professionals in the security and sale of real estate.
• Locate title and additional records for tax and internal administration preparation and filing.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with internal Trust Officers, Administrators and Associates.
