Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of estate planning and tax laws.

• Broad exposure to legal, tax, investment and operational elements.

Responsibilities

• Marshals and administers assets in complex estates and taxable trusts.
• Decides all substantive questions within the estate, including tax elections, reserves, disposition, valuation and collection of assets, raising cash, and liabilities.
• Manages accounts with complex asset mixes and unusual provisions.
• Oversees fundings, distributions, and related court documents.
• Educates clients on bank products, services, and fiduciary matters; maintains beneficiary relationships.
