Job description

A great position has become available for an Estates Surveyor to join our client, a renowned clothing retailer. You will be an integral part of the property team, supporting them with the 700+ retail stores. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring lease dates, completing rent reviews, and lease renewals.
2. Negotiating consents and permissions from landlords.
3. Resolving disputes between landlords and tenants promptly to minimize disruption.
4. Ensuring landlord lease obligations, particularly regarding repairs, are met.
5. Managing non-operational premises.
6. Securing refunds or overpayments for third parties.
7. Managing and maintaining the property database.
8. Checking landlord invoices for accuracy and challenging discrepancies.

Qualifications: Degree in Real Estate or a similar field is required.

Skills: Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

This is a remote role, but it requires attendance at the head office fortnightly.
