Job Details

Newport Beach law firm seeks skilled paralegal for immediate opening within our Transactional Practice Group.

Successful candidate will assist our attorneys in preparing estate planning documents and probate documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings and real estate recordings. Must be knowledgeable in necessary filings for corporations and limited liability companies.

Position is full-time, in office 5 days a week.

Salary $67,000 - $82,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing estate planning documents and probate documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings and real estate recordings.
• Knowledgeable in necessary filings for corporations and limited liability companies.
• Maintain strong organizational and writing skills; manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Detail oriented with strong initiative; able to work independently and/or with supervising lawyers.
• Communicate with clients and court personnel as essential.
