Job Details

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Probate, Estate Planning, and Trust Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience (or strong interest) in trust litigation, conservatorships, probate, and trusts. In this role, you will:

• Represent clients in disputes involving estates, trusts, wills, and fiduciary duties
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on complex matters
• Counsel clients on estate planning strategies
• Assist with disputes involving wills, trusts, and estates
• Gain hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and opportunity to grow your practice
• Work in a supportive, collaborative environment to sharpen litigation skills

Qualifications
