Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our Southern California based, onsite team. The role centers on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and wealth preservation for high-net-worth clients, with collaboration with financial advisors and accountants.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, with an optional LLM in Tax, and 5+ years of relevant experience, along with strong drafting, analytical, and client-relations abilities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Advanced degree in Tax Law (LLM in Tax) is highly desirable.
• Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and asset protection.
• Proven track record of working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• Exceptional legal drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities
