Jobot is seeking a Permanent Tax & Estate Planning Paralegal in California. The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax and estate planning, with proficiency in Form 706 and 709 and extensive trust administration.

Job Details

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Tax & Estate Planning Paralegal position should have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in tax and estate planning, preferably within the healthcare industry.
2. Proficient knowledge of tax forms 706 and 709.
3. Extensive experience in administering both revocable and irrevocable trusts.
4. A solid understanding of tax planning strategies and techniques.
5. Exceptional research skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal and financial matters to a non-technical audience.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
8. A bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field. A paralegal certification is a plus.
