Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal or similar role.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives).
• Probate/trust administration experience preferred.
• Strong client communication and attention to detail.
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple matters concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Draft and prepare wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives.
• Support probate, trust administration, including filings and accountings.
• Communicate with clients, families, and financial institutions.
• Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and document signings.
• Maintain organized client files through intake to completion.
• Prepare deeds and related trust funding documents as needed.
• Provide high-quality client service in a professional manner.

Job Details

• Assist attorneys with estate planning, probate, trust administration, and estate administration matters
• Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents
• Support probate and trust administration matters, including petitions, pleadings, asset transfers, accountings, and related documentation
• Communicate with clients, family members, attorneys, financial institutions, and other involved parties
• Coordinate client meetings, document signings, deadlines, and follow-up items
• Maintain organized client files and ensure matters continue moving efficiently from intake through completion
• Prepare deeds, trust funding documents, correspondence, and other legal documentation as needed
• Provide a high level of client service in a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented manner

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal, Trusts & Estates Paralegal, Probate Paralegal, or similar legal support role
• Experience drafting estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives, and related documents
• Probate, trust administration, or estate administration experience strongly preferred
• Strong client communication skills and ability to work closely with clients and families
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines, documents, and multiple matters at once
• Florida trusts and estates experience preferred
• Notary experience is a plus
