Job summary

Jobot in Reston, VA, is seeking an experienced attorney specializing in estate planning to join our team. You will analyze tax laws, draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives, and provide guidance on wealth preservation and asset protection.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and tax law.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
