Job summary

Bartholomew Estate Winery seeks a creative Events Coordinator to drive private event business and manage planning, coordination, and on-site execution at the winery and park property. You will build client relationships, develop proposals, and ensure events align with winery standards and guest experience.

Responsibilities span sales, planning, execution, and winery support, with on-site leadership during events and collaboration with multiple internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, hospitality or winery events.
• Strong organizational, time management, follow-up and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events, inquiries, priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit private, corporate and nonprofit events; respond to inquiries and conduct site tours.
• Coordinate private events from inquiry to completion; manage timelines, floor plans and vendor needs.
• Oversee on-site event execution, lead staff and vendors, monitor spaces and guest experience.
• Support winery-hosted events and maintain organized event spaces; contribute ideas to improve operations and revenue.
