Qualifications

Responsibilities

• File and present probate claims accurately and on time.
• Follow signatory procedures as an authorized representative.
• Notarize claims as a state-commissioned Notary Public.
• Ensure claims meet court and retention standards.
• Mail claims via standard or certified mail to courts and attorneys.
• Perform quality control validations of estate data.
