WSP is seeking an ESSP Electrical Engineer – Experienced Professional for our Fort Worth, TX office. The role includes electrical studies, SCADA, and protective relay work across conventional and renewable generation facilities, substations, and transmission systems.

Candidates may be considered from Houston, TX; Overland Park, KS; and St. Louis, MO. The team supports growth in the ESSP group and collaborates with power delivery and program management experts to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree required for Electrical/Power engineering.
• Experience in electrical studies, SCADA, and protection preferred.
• EIT certification or intent to pursue PE is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical studies, SCADA, and protection tasks across projects.
• Support protection schemes, relay settings, and interconnection studies.
• Prepare technical reports with findings and conclusions and maintain documentation.
